  • Yes! Never fear, not a speck of gluten around.

  • We do not do same day preorders for pick-up OR special orders. This includes cakes and weddings. While we would love to fulfill special order requests, we are currently too small of an operation to be able to do so.

  • We do not deliver or use delivery apps.

  • To begin with, we’re totally gluten free (but I hope that’s obvious by now!). We are also dedicated to sourcing local, sustainable ingredients - we work with local mills for some of our flour and seeds, we get our butter from a local creamery, our eggs from local chickens, and dairy from local cows. All of this means we pay more to use fantastic ingredients which translates to a better product for you. It also means more money stays in local pockets and supports and rewards smaller, sustainable businesses.

    Another way we are different is we do small-batch baking. Every loaf is made one at a time - nothing is automated. I hand form and roll each baguette and boule and if something doesn’t rise correctly or is wonky, it gets tossed in the compost bin! I never sell something I’m not proud of, and I hope that shows in our products.

  • We do our best to provide options for folks with other dietary restrictions, we know how hard it can be! That said, we do use dairy, eggs, nuts, gf oats, sesame, and other allergens in our kitchen so we cannot rule out cross-contact or the presence of any allergens other than gluten. We make a few spectacular vegan and dairy-free items, including some of our artisanal breads and a few treats.
